Alignments (整合, "Seigō", Also: "Moral Alignment") define how a person will most likely act in different cases. Going out of your moral alignment may be a cause of complaint as some may be warranted to cry out “meta-game”. Certain tests can be taken in order to help a person discern their alignment.
Traditional alignment names have been changed to fit the Naruto universe.
Types[]
Heroic Type[]
A Heroic type, also known as a Lawful Good type, is the sort of person to always act on the side of the good. They are courageous and never try to harm others who are innocent. Such people cannot stand injustice and hate to see people suffer. Some, however, take it too far by restricting personal freedoms in the name of "good", whether misguided or not.
Examples:
Support Type[]
A Support type, also known as a Neutral Good type, is a person who tries to do good in life while helping others. Although he or she is generally a trustworthy person, they aren't married to any one route nor do they try to always impede others or interfere in injustices. They are more so the sort to help the Heroic type, sometimes even holding them back from accomplishing their goals when those goals seem to be too far on the spectrum of "good" (read ending of Heroic type).
Examples:
Rebel Type[]
A Rebel type, also known as a Chaotic Good type, does what their conscious tells them to. Sometimes, however, their conscience is not always the most altruistic. They disregard the status quo and make their own way by following the perimeters of law but holding their own opinions and, sometimes, straying.
Examples:
Lawful Type[]
A Lawful type, also known as a Lawful Neutral type, is led by order, rules and regulations. They tend to follow them closely, sometimes rigidly, and this may upset some or appear to be "cold". Still, these ones appear to be the most trustworthy for leaders, lands and villages because of their devotion.
Examples:
Neutral Type[]
A Neutral type, also known as a True Neutral type, is aligned in neither the good or the bad. They are, in fact, in the center, and can sometimes even be quite easy to manipulate based on circumstance. They can call out extremes and prejudices but are not married to any sort of viewpoint, for now.
Examples:
Rogue Type[]
A Rogue type, also known as a Chaotic Neutral type, is a free spirit and does as they please. They do not value the idea of protecting others and would prefer to live in whatever way they, at any given time, desire. These types tend to avoid authority while keeping away from restrictive rules and guidelines.
Examples:
Criminal Type[]
A Criminal type, also known as a Lawful Evil type, enjoys the idea of controlling or dominating others. They do not, however, do so out of pure evil or some sick twisted fantasy. Rather, they see a benefit and take it within the perimeters of their own conscience. Such ones do value tradition and loyalty, sticking close to those whom they love and care for. Such ones can be quite unreasonable, condemning others based on things such as clan, beliefs, and country rather than action.
Examples:
Villainous Type[]
A Villainous type, also known as a Neutral Evil type, does whatever they can get away with, usually for their own benefit. They do for themselves mostly and do not care or shed a tear when they trample over others. Such ones may not love conflict but are not blind to the benefit of it. People who are Villainous often are a part of evil societies or worship dark deities. There is no honor in a Villainous person and they generally lack honesty.
Examples:
Absolutely Evil Type[]
An Absolutely Evil type, also known as a Chaotic Evil type, cares for no one or anything and enjoys destroying and causing harm for no apparent reason whatsoever. They do not go about by means of any sort of belief system or ideals and would prefer, instead, to inflict harm for the fun of it. They do what they want simply because they can. Sometimes, they will use lies to pretend as though they are one way or another when in actuality they are simply evil.
Examples:
Undetermined Type[]
An Unknown type, also known as an Undetermined type, has no alignment, most likely due to their age or some special circumstance.
