The Black Market (黒市場, "Kuroichiba", English TV: "Criminal Underworld") is a shadow society of criminal activities that take place all throughout the globe. The term is used to describe all illegal business deals and does not exactly detail any one market.
There are actually countless black-markets in countless societies throughout the continent, each organized by different people. Some black markets specialize in the selling of rare kekkei genkai while others are more geared toward contraband, drugs or even assassinations.
Important: In order to deal with the black market, a role player must investigate in-character. This will allow them to go on a journey to purchase items or meet black market criminals. Keep in mind! Not everyone on the black market is evil... Only moderators or approved individuals can role play black market dealers.

- If your character is a black market trader or dealer they can be assigned items on the official black market list to sell. This means, however, that they cannot use said items for themselves. For example, if you possess a Sharingan for sale you cannot use it for your own benefit. It has to only be there to sell to someone else, unless, of course, you obtain it in character yourself from someone else. Then you can use it as you please.
- There is always someone on the black market in every country willing to sell-out their government or higher ups. Keep in mind that this may be used against you if someone plans to seek the black market's Intel.
