Blood Lust is Isamu's own version of what is known as a killing intent. Exuding his pure intentions to kill anyone whose around him would be paralyzed with fear. Masking his opponent a pitch-black world where they would view Isamu's gruesome past. It would show his opponent has primitive nature and how he single handily slaughtered his parents and all the remaining villagers of Yugakure. In the end, it will show images of Isamu killing the target ruthlessly. When in this mental state, Isamu's fighting style is different using noting but hand-to-hand combat, and little ninjutsu. A river of blood would surround him as the blood in his veins will become visible. His attacks are more deadly than usual and often attack friends who interfere during his state of rage. When having a target in his grasp, Isamu becomes nothing more than a monster consuming his victim once they're paralyzed or dead.
