Chakra Level (チャクラ引当金, "Chakura Intōkin", Viz: "Chakra Reserves") is the maximum amount of chakra a person or thing has at base without enhancements. The information in this article is designed to supplement the Base Attribute section of character datasheets.
Please note that choosing one of the 6 tiers for your Character pages must be done for your character's base chakra level, not their chakra when augmented by techniques.
Tier 0/6: Weak[]
With a very unimpressive and weak chakra level you are especially below average, even for a human.
Tier 1/6: Normal[]
Your chakra reserves can be considered normal for a human. Even at this stage the amount still varies as some humans have a more developed Chakra Network than others. Genin are generally at this level.
Tier 2/6: Experienced[]
You've conditioned your body well enough. Many chunin obtain this level of chakra reserves and as a result they can use several jutsu in a battle. It may be that you are at this level due to a kekkei genkai as well.
Tier 3/6: Advanced[]
You are most likely a jonin and you can command several high-level jutsu in combat. Your chakra is impressive and people take note of it. Still though, you have your limits.
Tier 4/6: Immense[]
Like a high-level jonin or kage, you can power through high-level jutsu with chakra to spare. S-rank techniques do not scare you but you are no fool; everyone has a limit. Still though you have enough chakra for yourself and others.
Tier 5/6: Titanic[]
The tailed beasts possess this measure of chakra and as such jinchuriki technically have two chakra levels. This measure of chakra often seems to be immeasurable and varies from the chakra level possessed by the One Tails Shukaku and the Nine Tails Kurama.
Tier 6/6: Immeasurable[]
Your chakra itself seems to be limitless; most likely because it almost is. This has happened due to some odd occurrence like obtaining the chakra of the world which is what Kaguya Otsutsuki did.
