The Chakra Pressure Technique (チャクラ圧力の術, "Chakura Atsuryoku no Jutsu", English TV; "Chakra Force Jutsu") is a hiden technique that uses impressive chakra control and chakra flow to effect the surrounding environment. After releasing chakra from one's body, the user provokes a powerful force that pushes down upon whatever is within the vicinity. The degree to which the force effects a target varies on the amount and density of the chakra released. Masters can also choose to force out the oxygen within the area by creating a tightly packed space. Should the pressure be great enough, weak and strong individuals may be moved to plant face first on the ground, break bones and sometimes even die.
It should be noted that those skilled enough can control the degree to which the pressure acts on select individuals caught within the scope, though this requires amazing concentration. Heiwa fabricated the jutsu and spread it across the village and eventually it spread throughout the world.
