Daimaru Uchiha (大丸団扇, Uchiha Daimaru) is a Genin of the Konahagakure no Sato, and a member of the Land of Fire's Uchiha Clan. The young Uchiha is a talented weapons user, specializing in the use of the Fūma Shuriken.
Personality[]
Daimaru is a young, easy-going, happy and well-mannered young man who has a great zeal for life and is often known to be looking on the bright-side when things are bleak. He is the type to almost always be in an annoyingly good mood, and it is very rare to see him without a smile on his face, much to the appreciation of the females that crave his attention. He is always friendly and polite to those he has never met before, and even more so loving of the friends that are already in his circle, always loving and caring for them in anyway that he can. In this way, this makes him quite dutiful and passionate about the things he cares about, leading him to feel great responsibility to anyone whom he is close with. While he is respectful, he does have a playful streak about him, often playing jokes and pranks on his friends and family with well-thought out and elaborate schemes to catch his quarry off-guard. His parents, especially his mother has attributed this to his lack of "never growing up" which she also never saw as a bad thing because it would keep the Genin young at heart for life. An example of this is his vast collection of trading cards that he holds sacred.
He actively works hard to achieve the level of strength he has always admired, looking up to all the elite level ninja within the village, including those that come from his clan. He seeks to make a name for himself in his own right as an Uchiha, never wanting to fall short of the legacy put before his family name, he works day and night to live up to his full potential as a shinobi, no matter what the cost. Focusing on his strengths, allowing them to cover his weaknesses has allowed him to be fairly confident and relaxed when in the face of danger and adversity. Even he doesn't have all the facts or answers, Daimaru never seems to shrink from the opportunity to prove himself and protect those that he cares about. He is also extremely patriotic in the sense that he believes the Land of Fire is one of the best places to live in the entire world, and would do anything to protect its integrity as he upholds the honor of the Will of Fire, and thus covets the position of Hokage (火影, Fire Shadow) and one day hopes to sit in such a seat.
Through all of this, he is a very humble and and down-to-earth person, never boasting about his own talent but will also help out a friend who is in need of it. Leaving him very open-minded and never solely adherent to one singular ideal, as he believes that things can change as quickly as the wind could blow leaving all plans in the dust. Empathetic to a fault, he will always consider the emotions of another even if they are an enemy, never feeling above sympathy or kindness to the ones who cross him. He is very forgiving in this nature but will never allow one to abuse that trait about him. While he is a fierce opponent in battle, he does not relish in taking ones life, but knows that this is what is expected of him as a ninja. A very perceptive and intuitive young man even from a young age, able to see through the emotional nature of others and likewise able to notice the smallest details around him.

Daimaru is tall for his age. Naturally sporting the raven black hair of his clan, it is also spiky with jaw-length bangs framing each side of his face. His skin is slightly less than fair but still has a sense of life in them. Although he has a sullen appearance most of the time, he is considered by many girls his age to be very handsome and attractive. When not on duty, he is often seen in the village wearing a black medium-length haori with white accents and the design of while shuriken on the bottom, Wearing a black shirt, pants and sandals to match. While not on missions, he often removes his forehead protector so as not to dirty or damage it.
Abilities[]
Daimaru is an innately skilled Genin with impressive inner reserves of chakra, and specializes in a few different areas of offense and has thus garnered a well-rounded set of abilities to build a foundation upon in the future in his career as a Shinobi. Hailing from the Legendary and famous Uchiha Clan, Daimaru possesses innate gifts and a strong affinity towards ninjutsu and ninja weaponry. From the young age of four, he was enrolled into the Ninja Academy within Konohagakure, earning slightly above average grades across the board. Although he is quite happy-go-lucky and naive, he is unassumingly sharp and is also a quick learner often never making the same mistake twice. Upon his graduation, Daimaru surprised his teachers by not only creating four full flesh bodies of shadow clones, but also utilizing the Transformation Technique to pose as his proctors to ensure that his other classmates passed. He was to be held back a year in school as punishment but was acknowledged by a number of Jonin and Chūnin level ninja for his abilities in being able to carry out the ruse so effectively. Despite not having the best grades in his class, Daimaru's skill and talent as a shinobi is hard to ignore and with time and proper training, he could very well become a great military asset to his village.
The Cornerstone for any Uchiha Clan member. Regardless of having been brought up in a a fairly relaxed household environment, Daimaru was not excused from learning the nuances and intricacies of chakra and ninjutsu. At first, struggling to grasp the concepts of molding and creating chakra from within, believing that jutsu just appeared should you will it into existence. With age came some wisdom, and following that he had learned the signature jutsu of his clan brethren and all its variations by practicing his shape transformation skills by forming different styles of the same Fire Release techniques, such as dragon heads, bullets, or even long streams of flame in the form of a wall, orb or notably a dragon. Additionally, his knowledge in hand seals are basic, preferring to utilize his shurikens and other ninja tools to secure victory or success. He is however able to shorten or rather sometimes forgo hand seals altogether for jutsu that he is highly familiar with and is a highly adept at performing or learning any jutsu that doesn't require hand seals to begin with.
As simple as raising his hand in class, Daimaru trains not only in his Bukijutsu or Ninjutsu, but he also trains his body as well as he does his mind. Taking great care of his natural physique, often never eating dirty foods or over indulging in snacks, has allowed the young Uchiha to actively push his bodies physical boundaries past the point of recognition, constantly looking for a new ceiling to break. While he is in no way a user of the strong fist like some of his peers from the Village Hidden in the Leaves, Daimaru's martial arts skills are keen, quick and precise, prone to exposing weakness within his opponent and exploiting it before they have a chance to react or defend themself. Moving in a swift flurry of kicks and punches, he is quite the skilled hand-to-hand fighter and can more than hold his own when taking on one or even multiple enemies as his other skills can supplement where his body cannot physically bring him. Despite this, he has no qualms of breaking bones and spirits to accomplish his tasks, though he takes no pleasure in causing pain even to those who deserve it.
The zenith of his abilities, comparable to his inherent affinity towards the Fire Release, Daimaru has more than made a name for himself as a weapons specialist, in particular with the Fūma Shuriken, earning him the moniker Daimaru of the Windmill Shadow (風車の影 大丸, Daimaru of the Demon Wind Shuriken) among his Genin peers. Known to never be seen without his large signature weapon, his presumed proficiency in its usage is nothing short of otherworldly as he is able to manipulate the Shuriken's travel and trajectory mid throw while also directing his body well-enough to properly counteract any awkwardness no matter what position he found himself in while in battle, always seeming to find his mark.
Taking upon himself to put in the man hours and dedicating a considerable majority of his offense prowess into the simple act of throwing a shuriken, Daimaru has not gained the skill to hit his mark with pinpoint accuracy from multiple yards away. Additionally, he is also fairly capable of imbuing his own chakra to further enhance the potency of his attacks with his shurikenjutsu techniques, greatly increasing the danger when any foes crosses his path. It should be well-known, minimal gestures are needed from Daimaru to be fast, silent and effective when hitting his target and has also even often blindfolded himself while practicing, acting on pure instinct, his sensory abilities, the fluidity and trust of his deadly precision. This is further accentuated when his Sharingan is in use, as there appears to be very little target he can find and lay into by taking advantage of the advanced information the kekkei genkai provides him, allowing him deeper perceptive insight while in the heat of battle.Chakra & Control[]
His innate aptitude for ninjutsu stems from his natural heritage as an Uchiha Clan member, coming directly from a legendary bloodline of elite and skilled ninja. While he may not boast the same levels of grandiose chakra as his other clan counterparts, his reserves are fairly considerable for one at his age, experience and rank. Aware of the fact that he still has much room to grow in terms of his budding career as a ninja, he has managed to learn how to effectively and wisely utilize the chakra that is available to him, being able to focus acutely on the foundation of the technique rather than the conjuration of the chakra. Mastering shape and nature transformations early on, he was able to apply that knowledge to his other areas of expertise, such as hiding shuriken and other ninja weaponry within a gout of fire with no negative effects. In turn, he can execute and seemingly learn jutsu rather quickly provided that the seals needed to learn them aren't extensive, and appropriately conjure the correct levels of chakra needed to perform the technique with certain power.
Fire Release[]
It was only natural that the Fire Release was his first nature transformation as an Uchiha. Also being a native to the Land of Fire, most residents carry a 'burning' passion to succeed and reach great heights within the ninja world, and this is no different for the young Sharingan. His use of the release is well-worn, often mixing his fire style with his more favored Shurikenjutsu fighting form, by setting ablaze the throwing stars themselves and not only increasing they're tenacity, speed and travel distance while they sail through the air to make it to the target. Even without the combination of the two, Daimaru's fire release has been known to burn down all in its path to ash and cinders, leaving little in its wake while also sustaining its heat, power and concussive strength often acting more in the form of a controlled bomb rather than an intense flame.
Jutsu & Mastery[]
With a small, yet strong myriad of skills at his disposal, the young Genin is satisfied yet, still hungry to improve and add onto his skill-set. Although he isn't the brightest in his class, his penchant for jutsu may not be the strongest, but his hard-work, determination to become better and be a successful Shinobi has allowed him to garner the current skills he has now and has given him decent success in the four years of being an active ninja within his village. With each passing day, not a single afternoon, or evening passes without him landing over five-hundred bulls-eyes while training with his ninja tools. Even going as far as to learning how to redirect tools with other tools or even objects, albeit in the most unorthodox ways and positions. His peers have theorized that almost any throw-able object could be weaponized in the hands of the young ninja. This does mean however, he forgoes most of his jutsu some of the time, often being so stubborn that he would rather not use it as a form of challenge to truly exercise his problem solving capabilities. He will however, never fail to employ it if it will give him a clear advantage as he can recognize that it is more a strength to him rather than a weakness.
Attributes[]
Sporting average strength for his age, Daimaru keeps his body in great shape which his also attributed to his consistent training regimens and his biological gifts. Born healthy, he has little stopping him from further increasing his strength, even at his current level now, he can throw projectiles swiftly, and have them travel a very long distance due to the muscles build in the joints of his arms, namely his wrists, elbows and shoulders. Attributing to this strength, he is also a capable user of taijutsu and can easily dish out blows that would otherwise incapacitate most ninja who were not ready to receive a hit.
Naturally fast, he has grown to favor his mobility in battle over his brute force and brawn. Daimaru requires little chakra enhancement to make himself as mobile as he needs to be, specializing in a sort of acrobatic fighting style that would resemble a monkey or other simian-type creature, taking advantage of his surroundings such as trees, rocks and other objects to turn them into tools or weapons of opportunity. His speed also allows him to get from one point to the other and keep up with his foes without the use of a Body Flicker type technique, although when he employs such high-speed movement tactics, his adversaries would find themselves at a swift disadvantage. In turn, he can launch not only jutsu but his shurikens from seemingly all angles, leaving little to no escape of gap in his offensive tactics.
Being a highly active fighter by nature, the Windmill Uchiha has garnered an impressive reserve of stamina even deep in the heat of a fight, learning to conserve not only his chakra but his jutsu to not only ascertain the nature of his opponents but to also leave his own abilities shrouded in mystery. With the aid of his Sharingan, he can almost always seem to ignore the need to utilize his chakra to its highest potential, as all he would really need is to use his speed, and make amazing use of his bukijutsu which almost always seems to be a given. Appearing to never waste a movement, or over extend an action, Daimaru operates himself with keen patience and effectively uses his energies to properly trap and ensnare his adversaries in difficult situations much faster than they can perceive it taking place.
Quite hardy and durable for his age due to his intense daily training through his taijutsu work-outs, the young Sharingan has built up a outer tenacity which allows him to take as much as he doles out to his enemies, in turn, his physical ferocity in the face of his enemies is palpable when in close-quarters combat. Having also never broken a bone in his entire life, his physical fortitude is a testament to his dedication and willingness to go above and beyond in and outside of practice. He has been known to heal from superficial wounds either within a days time or within half a day, and much more serious injuries in almost half the time of expectancy.
Often seen as naive to his peers and silly to his friends, the Uchiha may very well not posses certain technical knowledge of ninjutsu like other Genin, but he does however have incredible battle sense and a great eye for recognizing a pattern due to his Sharingan. With a simple observation, he can almost deduce and break down any information he is presented with, even with minimal clues or hints to work his way through a mental puzzle. He is also a talented battle tactician, often taking charge through sheer instinct and excels in planning stratagems and putting together the correct groups of ninja with the perfect abilities for said mission. Individually, he can easily think circles around his opponent due to his comfortability in his surroundings often never feeling like he cannot make use of his situation to work in his favor. In terms of his ninja tools, primarily his shuriken and its variations, he is nothing less than a prodigy.
Although he is comfortable with the basics, he however does not know all of the seals by heart, and is only familiar with those associated with the Fire Release techniques that he already has in his arsenal. Often avoiding learning new seals, he purposely works to learn techniques that have minimal to no hand seals to perform, which is also attributed to his excellent chakra control at his rank. The ones he can execute, he has memorized but finds trouble in combining the seals together to form something new.
Spending a lot of time alone training his mind and body, there are days that the young Uchiha simply goes to the forest training ground and finds the most lush part of the forest to only sit down and meditate as he allows the elements of the winds sign past him as he locates the chakra signatures that he is familiar with from around the village. While still learning to process his abilities on such a level, the Uchiha is a skilled tracker and will always seem to find himself getting to where he needs to go with even just a strong sense of direction. Similarly, he can sense his abilities to sus out the emotional and potential threat levels of any and all around him, and thus makes him a great judge of character. Through his dojutsu, he can visualize the desires of the people around him to also further give him great insight into the character of everyone who he sees and interacts with. This has given the people around him the false impression that he is near telepathic but in reality just is able to feel the heavy burdens and emotions of those he interacts with.
With such a strong zest for life coupled with a more than ameable attitude, the young Uchiha has a certain magnetism and strength where his passions are concerned. Driven by the will to be nothing short of the best version of himself, has allowed Daimaru full confidence in his skills and has given him strong intention to become the strongest person within his rank, but doesn't want to stop there as he strives to be most capable ninja he could dream of. Never giving up or at the very least, will always do his utmost to exhaust all options and find solutions to anything he comes across. He is determined to make his clan proud and to have his name ring out in the ninja world not for others to fear, but to marvel.
The Uchiha has an average life force for one of his age and strength. He has recovered from simple injuries and has yet to be in a life threatening situation. There is however little doubt that with the strong constitution that he does have, he will bounce back from most instances with the proper healing practices and treatment given to him for any ailments.
Kekkei Genkai[]
Like all Uchiha, Daimaru is blessed with one of the three legendary Dojutsu, the Sharingan, a powerful bloodline dojutsu that allows him great insight into his foes, surroundings and even the even changing tide of battle itself. Having awakened his first set of tomoe, instantly appearing as a two tomoe Sharingan, unlike most who begin to go through the changes within the body such as eye soreness or redness, followed by dizziness and a lack of control over their equilibrium due to the enhanced visual information the eyes were providing its user, Daimaru was already fairly well-adjusted. Theorized through the means of his Shuriken throws stress training, which would find him throwing his enlarged weaponry from vast distances away in awkward positions. Often moving quicker than his peers, he found the only adjustment he had to make was being able to visualize the flow of chakra within himself and those around him. Regardless, he is coming into his own as a dojutsu user, taking advantage of all most of its talents while merging it with his own.

Far from being a new user of the dojutsu, Daimaru has garnered great skill in mastering the base abilities offered by the Sharingan, primarily found in the "Eye of Insight" (洞察眼, Dōsatsugan) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" (催眠眼, Saimingan). Daimaru in particular for his age is a master of utilizing the Sharingan not so much for its infamous Genjutsu related tactics and techniques, although he is able to use them, he does however employ its other abilities such as copying the person he takes his gaze upon, learning and utilizing unknown jutsu, taking advantage of its enhanced perception and overall situational clarity to the point where Daimaru will often finish someones sentence before them due to learning their speech patterns, voice, and general physical and verbal mannerisms. in this way, he has often said that "he managed to learn more about someone in five seconds, than in a five minute conversation". Similarly, it has also given the perception of his friends and peers alike that he can somewhat see 'further' than the rest of his classmates, when in actuality the eyes just allow him to actually look deeper into finding the inconsistencies and break downs in patterns. Lastly, he is easily able to employ the use of Genjutsu through the use of not only his eyes but the extremities of his body, having been known to use his eyes as a distractible medium to eventually ensnare them within his illusion. He isn't however fond of these tactics.
