Dance of the Red Magician Technique

The Dance of the Red Magicians is a space-time technique that allows Ketsugo to maneuver through ink portals. The technique can be casted by sending a mass of chakra into the atmosphere that will soon result it to rain. It will rain onto the landscape for a quantifiable period of time - which is determined by the mass amount of chakra that has been arranged. A downpour will generally occur over a medium to expansive range of land. Each droplet of rain, puddle, or trace of ink anywhere on the battlefield can be jumped into. It can also be used to jump out from one location to another. This technique was crafted to reach one location to another across a battlefield immediately. These portals are opened and closed based on Ketsugo's will, even allowing him to open and close these portals around a target and locking them within which would make them subject to his authority on most occasions.
