The user places a seal upon a person and another object, be that a person/jutsu/material. Meaning both seals will be connected to each other, as both seals will forcefully pull themselves towards each others location with blitzkrieg momentum and speed. Ultimately causing for both seals and whatever marked to collide in an expectable chaotic explosion.
