The Fire Release: Flaming Shuriken Technique (火遁：炎の手裏剣術, Katon: Honō no Shuriken Jutsu) is a Fire Release technique created uniquely by Daimaru Uchiha, inspired by his mastery over the element of fire and his given affinity for Shurikenjutsu. The conceptualization of the technique is mirrored from the Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique, but is vastly different as this jutsu requires a shape and nature transformation as opposed to just utilizing chakra to increase the numbers of a single thrown shuriken. Since its inception, this has become a signature technique of sorts for the Uchiha creator.
Not unlike the technique's inspiration jutsu, the technique allows one to create/generate a large amount of shuriken, or in this case, the user can then generate flames and heat from their extremities to then form the flaming chakra into a regular sized shuriken, of which the numbers can vary from a dozen to several dozen as the shuriken multiply in great numbers depending on the amount of chakra given to perform this technique. The physical nature of the shuriken would be as expected: high in temperature and physical density, capable of being stuck into surfaces while also quickly setting them ablaze upon contact, if caught on clothing or even flesh, the burns incurred will be nothing short of severe. The jutsu requires little to no set up and demands as much chakra from its user depending on the amount of shuriken created and the intensity of the heat along with it. The utilization of this technique requires keen use and control over ones chakra, and the generation of multiple shurikens is directly linked to the amount of chakra donated to have the technique be performed correctly and virulently.
