The Rasengan is an A-Rank technique crafted by Minato Namikaze after observing the Bijuu Dama. Although in its basic for the jutsu is powerful, versatile and difficult to learn and master, when an element is added, it becomes a jutsu of much higher S-Rank capabilities. It is possible to form the sphere from one's mouth and even increase its size. The power of the direct contact with the flame's explosion or the Rasengan itself causes protein degradation and DNA damage. This is because of direct heat exposure to cells lead to genetic alteration and cellular death.
