The caster creates multiple orbs of foxfire that are formed on the tips of the user's tails, one orb per tail. These luminous blue-white illusionary demon lanterns hypnotize the target and lures them in. Therefore, the hypnosis effectively lasts as long as the Foxfire Hypnotic Demon Lanterns are active. These orbs are mostly created from Yin chakra, using just enough Fire chakra to give them their shape while minimizing the overall consumption of chakra per orb created. This is what allows the caster to use the Genjutsu for as long as possible - and is also the preferred method as a result. In addition to this benefit, the caster is able to stack multiple illusions on top of each other at the minimum cost, as mentioned below, in the off-chance that the target(s) somehow manage to break out of the initial hypnosis. This effect can be used on each orb.
- Alternative Use(s): It's entirely possible to use this same technique to ensnare hypnotized targets in other Genjutsu on top of the initial Hypnosis by taking advantage of the target's vulnerable state and relative lack of ability to defend themselves following said hypnosis. By doing this, it's possible to also stack multiple other Genjutsu on top of each other, each demon lantern in play strengthening the web further or adding even more layers onto it equal to the number of Demon Lanterns in play, up to a total of nine.
- Simplified Mechanics: The caster creates up to nine Foxfire Hypnotic Demon Lanterns, one lantern per tail, with each lantern being located on the tip of each tail. Due to the chakra being focused through the user's tails and into the lanterns, the opponent only needs to make eye contact with either the lanterns, the tails, or even both. At that point, the caster's chakra targets all five of the opponent's senses, and uses them to hypnotize the victim into being lured towards the caster in a daze, not unlike a zombie. While not mind control and is relatively easy to break out of, it's perfect for delay tactics due to the fact it can be stacked on top of itself up to nine times.
- Drawbacks: If all the Foxfire Hypnotic Demon Lanterns are destroyed, then the Genjutsu is cancelled. Furthermore, the more lanterns are being used, the faster the user's chakra is being consumed. These lanterns also have to be continuously fed a steady stream of chakra to keep it going, making it ill-suited for prolonged fights. The user's chakra is consumed at an increased pace multiplied by the number of lanterns being used, which is the primary reason behind it being better suited towards ending a match then and there. The caster also cannot use any other jutsu due to the sheer focus required to maintain the Genjutsu.
