Frost Release: Sub Zero Blast

The user will manipulate Water Release to form a sphere at the base of both palms, then utilize Wind release to cause a rapid mist like transformation in spherical form where the user will finally utilize their Frost Release allowing this spherical mist to become Sub Zero Temperatures before alas throwing both arms out unleashing a blast of Freezing energy or chakra towards a target. If hit whether the target or an object that can keep in water, it will rapidly freeze them upon impact.Considered the Shimo Clan's Ultimate Ninjutsu this Technique is considered extremely dangerous as it can reduce anything that contains water inside to a statue of ice.
