Infinite Cipher Seal

The Mugen Angō Fuin also referred to the Infinite Cipher Seal was crafted by and under the guidance of the 13th Hokage, Ketsugo Uzumaki along with members of the Uzumaki Clan and Sealing Core. The Infinite Cipher Seal consist of complex, complicated instructions and commands that cannot be decoded without someone knowledgeable enough. It has required five-years of the development due to each user to be great in mathematics and computer science, being able to create and solve equations as well as being able to decode algorithms of all sorts. The knowledge required is the information to seal words, letters, sounds, images, and gestures. Members were also required to be able to give definition and meaning to those inscriptions, altering the general meaning of something and decorating it with code. These codes are crafted and created with the utmost delicacy with amazing precision and timing, that allows the user to be able to imbed multiple forms of communication. Such as mathematic equations, algorithms, symbols, musical scores, and encoding characters.As there is several-hundreds of thousands complex formulas inside. And without the information required and the user's genetic code being understood, one would not be able to filter and shift through the labyrinth of sealing formula's that are constantly filtering to different ciphers. Should someone who is not authorized access to the code, there is a severe ramification that would be paid as there are contingencies if someone attempts to decode. This sealing formula is also declared forbidden to teach anyone outside of the seated Hokage permission and is suspected to require at least one year of education to master.
