When activated, the damage she endures converges into a seal, typically inscribed with a kanji corresponding to the harm received (e.g., "slash," "stab," "bruise"). These kanji then migrate to the center of her chest, amalgamating into a conspicuous, black, circular seal. With her Kagutsuchi technique, Mirai can subsequently discharge the amassed damage onto her adversaries. Should Mirai opt to retain the stored damage, the seal grows in size, eventually encompassing her entire body. However, the drawback to this formidable power becomes apparent as the seal expands. Striking it again initiates the unraveling of the seal, reinstating all stored damage over a period of time. A direct hit to the seal's center results in an immediate, uncontrolled release of all absorbed damage, affecting even Mirai herself.
