Background[]
Kami Uchiha is a young man born into the Uchiha with a kind adventurous heart, however deep down harbors a dark power that was transferred through a cursed totem. The name of the unique totem is called Eien no Kikan Totemu(永遠の帰還 Eien no kikan "Eternal Return"), it housed the essence, will, and power of an ancient clansmen from the Kubikaijiri. Upon contact Kami was immediately possessed by the totems will and essence altering his genetics slightly to mimic a Kubikaijiri's limited immortality while also granting him knowledge and the ability utilize their clans unique kekkei genkai blood release. Kami's Ein no Kikan Totemu possessed the will of the Kubikaijiri known as Samuichi (寒い一"cold one"). Samuichi's will affects Kami's personality making him more charismatic yet disturbingly sinister, his blood lust grows the longer he allows her will and power to inhabit his body while in possession of the totem. However Kami learned many ways to refrain from having to rely on said power with his own clans gifted abilities the Sharingan. After awakening his Sharingan by age ten and within six months he was able to unlock his second tomoe and develop the speed capable of keeping up with it's perception, from a young age Kami was known for his speed. He was one of many Hidden Leaf shinobi to specialize in utilizing the body flicker technique or chakra enhancement techniques. Despite having the speed advantage most of the time Kami is also has a very versatile arsenal for combat, his tactics can prove to be unpredictable as well as it is effective.

Kami Uchiha is a very peaceful Uchiha who has a kind heart despite the losses and tragedies he suffered from. Kami isn’t very outspoken and tends to be rather observant; the young Uchiha is mostly a conservationist, a person that admires wildlife and willing to protect nature itself. He is very sympathetic to all life, human and beast alike. To Kami all life has value. It is very easy for the young Uchiha to create bonds that most would assume to be a myth or a legend. His kind heart and pure soul gives off energy that can even calm the most vicious of beast, allowing him to befriend almost any living species.

Chakra[]
Kami Uchiha’s chakra appears white or a pale silver in shading as it compliments the pure nature of his heart. His light chakra shines like a beacon of hope for those who he seeks to protect. When detected by others they feel a peaceful warmth as if they were in their own sanctuary. However deep within the young Uchiha lies a dark chakra that has yet to be unleashed. The hidden source of chakra activates in dire times whenever the young Uchiha is seriously injured, however when mastered this dark source of chakra can grant the host control over another living creature's nervous system converting them into a mindless thrall that responds to their oppressors will. This source of chakra hides within the bloodstream of those possessing Kubikajiri genetics and the only way to return a thrall back to their normal state is to either kill the person controlling their body or seperate the chakra from an infected persons bloodstream and when possessing a victim the Kubikaijiri chakra blends in with a targets chakra making it only detectable by those with heightened sensory abilities such as dojutsu or kekkei genkai.

Kami Uchiha possesses large chakra reserves and has enough to even be compatible to become a Jinchuuriki and by the age of ten he was already showing sufficient chakra control. His grandfather who was also one of his mentors took the time out to teach the young Uchiha the basics of chakra control which he adapted to quite easily, mastering the Uchiha signature Great FireBall technique in less than a week. The older he got the easier it became to shape and form chakra with almost little to no hand signs. As he got older he would go on to home chakra unlocking the ability to enhance his physical attributes utilizing little to no hand symbols for specific techniques. With access to the Sharingan the young Uchiha has the ability to see chakra as he molds chakra allowing him to copy different types of jutsu techniques within his personal ability range. Kami Uchiha is also well versed in utilizing the sharingans genjutsu and controlling the chakra within another person's mind. Kami is proficient at disrupting their perception of time and space, forcing someone's conscience into a false reality.
Most who encounter the young Uchiha when his Sharingan is activated are usually surprised that a silvered haired shinobi would possess the blood of an Uchiha and often accidently gaze into Kami’s eyes and meet their demise. Kami chakra control began to mature around the age of fifteen where utilizing chakra was second nature to him, he began to use ninjutsu technique in succession without expanding too much of his chakra.

As a descendant of the Uchiha and Kubikaijiri clan Kami Uchiha inherited great life force between the two. Through his Uchiha genetics he has the ability to manifest great power, also possess the ability to drain the life force in order to temporarily boost his own and even gain knowledge of that individual's past connecting him to their deepest darkest memories up until the moment he began draining their life force. A Kubikaijiri has life force that is a everlasting universal compatible life force that can be integrated with any type of humanoid species, if born with the blood of Kubikaijiri deep within one's veins and individual is becomes practically immortal; having only few ways that they can be possible killed. Kubikaijiri are highly resistant to poison, virtually immune to most disease. With such a unique life force is naturally blessed with incredible endurance and vitality that many train their entire life for.

As a member of the Hidden Leaf’ s anbu forces Kami Uchiha sensory abilities exceed that of the average Jonin. Being able to determine the difference between familiar and unfamiliar chakra signatures, the young Uchiha can acknowledge most threats before they get close. Not only is he able to detect chakra signatures but he is also capable of tracking them so long as they are within his sensory range. He even utilizes this tactic when in combat to track opponents that are much faster than his normal eye can see; however despite having great tracking abilities without utilizing his Sharingan whenever the young Uchiha activates his kekkei genkai he can not only see one chakra signature but also have the ability to perceive chakra trails indefinitely.

Kami has always been a quick learner, his perception of life as he processes most of his memories like a portrait or vlog; blessed with a photographic memory he can often memorize things with just a single glance. This also helps when learning new jutsu or even basic life needs such as cooking, cleaning, or even putting together a device/object. Growing up the young Uchiha would learn what it was like to deal with grief and pain, maturing his sharingan by the time he was thirteen. Kami coped by training to get stronger like any other shinobi who had lost a close comrade, however not letting hatred and vengeance consume his mind. After joining the hidden leaf’s anbu black ops the young Uchiha learned many of the village secrets along with hidden routes and passages learning the ins and outs becoming very familiar with the landscape. The young man is also capable of expanding his knowledge nearly instantly through the life force of another through oral consumption, this allows him to learn new techniques or secrets buried deep within one's psyche.

Kami Uchiha is a shinobi who is well versed in weaving hand signs. Being able to piece together hand signs with just a single hand he is capable of disguising whenever he is prepping a jutsu by keeping the hand forming the signs out of his opponents line of sight. The speed at which he can form hand signs is much faster than that of the average shinobi. He also can memorize hand signs from new jutsu/techniques with just a single glance or even mimic a target's hand signs with the same speed and accuracy while his sharingan is active, this not only allows him to easily copy and learn new jutsu techniques that require hand symbols. Without a doubt Kami is among the few shinobi who learned to weave lightning fast hand signs.

As the hidden leafs new flash Kami Uchiha, is one of if not the fastest shinobi in the world today, his natural speed is often mistaken for the body flicker technique. One would ask how could someone obtain such speed naturally however thanks to training with his mother Bei-Lee Uchiha a taijutsu specialist who also possesses supernatural speed when unleashing her inner gates. Though his mother could unleash the six of the Eight Inner Gates, when training to master his three tomoe sharingan he would often train with his mother studying her taijutsu tactics often mimicking her speed when she would turn enter unleash her fourth gate. This training method not only enhanced Kami’s movements speed but attack speed as well, though he had access to the sharingan and so did his mother when she would unleash her power; his mother could anticipate his every move nearly flawlessly. He always felt as if she already knew what he was going to do, so he would always have to come up with ways to create an opening utilizing almost everything he had in his arsenal only to result in failure.
Kami enjoyed training with his mother as he consistently made progress each time they got a chance to train. Training with the Blind Uchiha enhanced Kami’s overall thinking, action, and reaction speed; when combining his natural speed with the mastery of the body flicker technique Kami learned to cover great distances with just a single step. People from other villages often refer to him as the wraith shinobi, as his speed is untraceable by any normal means even to that of a trained eye. When combining his speed with his agility Kami can create after images of himself throwing off his opponents perception of his location. When developing his speed he also noticed he gained the speed necessary to react with his Sharingan.

When it comes to strength Kami doesn’t naturally possess monstrous strength but he is much stronger than the average Jonin. Strengthening his body to not only endure pain but also increasing his overall physical strength, naturally having the ability to lift objects that are up to 300lbs with just natural strength Kami can double his strength when using chakra to augment it, he developed this ability when training against his mother as he had learned to utilize chakra to augment his speed he also discovered how to amplify his taijutsu attacks at the point of impact. Kami Uchiha participated in many early morning exercises such as rock climbing, laps around the village, and even weight lifting. For a little more than over a half of a decade Kami adapted to these intense workouts pushing his body to new heights.
Durability[]
Kami's body produces and reproduces an abnormally large amount of blood cells thanks to his Kubikaijiri blood, granting him immunity to death by disease or blood loss. By having more white blood cells his body easily and aggressively fights off infections that enter the body. His red blood cells excessively split like a parasite to supplement for blood loss when using techniques or being wounded. Despite having the ability to survive a large amount of blood loss. Kami Uchiha adapted his body, developing a rather strong toned slender physique.
Stamina[]
So long as Kami Uchiha’s chakra hadn’t depleted he pretty much can move freely without getting tired. His stamina can be comparable to that of a noble steed, the young Uchiha can travel great distances without being fatigued partially because of his youth, good health, and trained lung capacity. As the older he got the more efficient he got with monitoring his stamina, doing so allows the young man to pace himself properly so that he may outlast an opponent. Throughout the years of intense battle and anbu training sessions Kami learned to control his breathing to get more use out of his muscles before taking in too much oxygen and straining his body.
Recovery[]
Born with the blood of not only the Uchiha but also that of a race called the Kubikajiri. Those posses the rare blood of the Kubikajiri have much faster recovery speed than the average human; having the ability to survive losing limb and those limbs have the ability to survive as the blood within it keeps the youth preserving the life remaining till the limb is reattached surgically or through medical ninjutsu. When injured their chakra reacts on its own enhancing the bodies recovery speed, allowing them quickly recover from broken bones, cuts, or blood by regenerating the flesh, bone marrow, or blood cells missing. There recovery and recovery speed is not manually activated and is based on the amount of chakra reserved, the less chakra one has available the slower their recovery become however when their reserves are low and body cannot recover a Kubikaijiri will enter hibernation or state of cryostasis in order to properly recover without any disruption; those who have entered the deep sleep usually remain asleep for several weeks to even decades depending on the severity of their wounds.

When it comes to Taijutsu, Kami Uchiha was trained by none other than the woman known as the Blind Uchiha who was also his mother. The Blind Uchiha was a taijutsu master who studied the ways of the Eight Inner Gates. Although he trained with Gates user he never developed the ability to do so, however in training and studying his mothers techniques memorizing her movements so that he too may be a skillful taijutsu fighter. In doing so he developed his overall attack speed and power allowing for more fluent and effective combo attacks. Kami also learned to increase his attack power by using chakra to increase the force of an attack at the point of impact delivering a devastating blow.
Kami Uchiha is well versed in close ranged combat, having the knowledge of various mixed martial arts techniques to pull from his arsenal. Kami’s learned multiple styles of hand to hand combat that are known as Karate, Capoeira, Jujitsu, and Taekwondo. Each style combined requires one to have great leg coordination and flexibility which the young Uchiha developed as he trained. He is even capable of utilizing an opponent's momentum against them, when facing larger opponents Kami often relies on momentum control to redirect a brute's strength to use it against them.
Ninjutsu[]
Kami Uchiha developed his ninjutsu techniques to a point where he doesn’t require much chakra to make a technique reach its maximum potential which allows the young Uchiha to preserve lots of stamina/energy when performing ninjutsu. With quite proficient chakra control Kami can perform ninjutsu quickly and in succession. Being rather efficient at learning ninjutsu and can do so with just a single glance when utilizing his sharingan to mimic a target's hand signs, perfectly matching the flow of one's chakra before the releasing of a copied technique. Also possessing the ability to control the blood within his veins, Kami can utilize his blood to create various types of ninjutsu. He discovered this ability when meeting with his biological father for the first time at age fifteen. The immortal scholar found a way to draw out Kami’s hidden power by testing him with hidden messages and random encounters. On the day of Kami’s seventeenth birthday the young Uchiha learned of his father's race and abilities. However, learning that his blood can also control the mind and body of others he would keep the secret of his fathers origins to himself not whispering a single word of it to anyone. The two would often meet alone at night to keep from raising any suspicions, Kami would learn a few techniques that the Kubikajiri possessed in their arsenal in order to survive in the shadows of the world.
Kenjutsu
From his very first day holding a sword Kami had proper technique from watching his elders train, mimicking their techniques and honing them to make them his own. However as he got older and more creative he would often practice a reverse grip style that relied on one's quickness and footwork. As he practiced and grew accustomed to his own personal techniques his movement speed and effectiveness with a blade developed into its own unique style dawning a reverse grip while focusing on footwork similar to that of dancing. As he worked to further advance his personal style, the young masters continue to practice one handed sword strikes as well as his quick draw techniques. Kami's unique style is broken down into an unpredictable offense with quick and precise or brutish attacks with few feint attacks to throw off an opponent's defensive plans. While training he practiced countering and using an opponent's momentum creating openings using footwork and observing an opponent's attack pattern. However despite the young master unorthodox sword style Kami is quite proficient in cutting his target as if he were wielding a blade like any other swordsman using common sword techniques however they're even more effective when performing rotating slashes in succession. Each slash is dealt with speed and brute force is used carrying momentum from the previous attack making his strikes faster and stronger, however this makes his attacks less accurate but more deadly the longer he can maintain the flow of motion.
Genjutsu[]
As an efficient Sharingan user Kami Uchiha can put anyone who makes eye contact with him in a genjutsu immediately. He is also very efficient when acknowledging genjutsu without the use of his clan's Kekkei Genkai and can often release himself within a few moments of being placed under a genjutsu. One would ask but Kami has sensitive chakra perception allowing him to detect whenever his chakra is being disturbed or manipulated by others. However when practicing to defend against genjutsu he trained his Sharingan to see through any and all chakra based illusions making him highly resistant to genjutsu techniques. For one to attempt genjutsu on the young Uchiha is like trying to stop a fire by adding fuel to it, with such great chakra control he learned to not only avoid being placed into a genjutsu but also reverse the effects utilizing his Sharingan. Like his ancestor that almost wiped out his entire race Kami inherited the ability to use genjutsu like it's second nature.
Fūinjutsu[]
A skill which the young Uchiha favors as he had been inspired by the latest Hokage Ketsugo Uzumaki who is also his current mentor. Kami Uchiha learned all sort of fuinjutsu as an anbu shinobi which he developed a seal that has time limit before resealing a summoned object, utilizing this technique on a deck of blank cards Kami in order to carry more ninja tools and make it a lot easier. He also tattooed/engraved two summoning seals on the palm of his hands in order to summon two wooden kusanagi blades. He is also capable of immobilizing a target's movement utilizing chains or cloth a median for his sealing techniques. He first learned how to seal and unseal items when interested in the anbu black ops at just thirteen. There he was taught how to properly subdue and capture a target, as time passed he started to uncover more secrets and techniques hidden within the anbu’s database. He even discovered how to properly seal tailed beasts in case the day came where he would have to help defend the village against a raging biju.
Kekkei Genkai[]
Like Most Uchiha Kami, possess the Sharingan however his ability far exceeds that of the average three tomoe sharingan user as he is highly familiar with his Kekkei Genkai abilities. Without a doubt Kami has mastered his three tomoe sharingan having genjutsu powerful enough to even tame the nine tails himself with only a single glance. He is even capable of not only seeing chakra signatures but also a trail of their most recently traveled path. Kami’s Sharingan grants him the perception on a cellular level allowing him to not only mimic ninjutsu and hand signs but anticipate an opponent's next move according to the slightest tension between an individual's muscles. With the ability to do so the young Uchiha can make one believe that he is capable of peering into the future, having the speed to react to what his sharingan allows him to see Kami proves to live up the name Wraith Shinobi. Often hiding his face behind a mask most won’t even know that the young Uchiha has his sharingan activated until after he removes his mask making it easier for him to trap a target in a genjutsu as they look to see what is behind the mask. Once eye contact is made it's practically impossible for one to escape Kami’s genjutsu had he not killed them before hand, an individual would not only have their mind corrupted by the will of the Uchiha but forced do and see as Kami pleases completely stripping a target of their own free will.

Parasitic Blood: Kubijkaijiri have the ability to infuse his chakra into a target’s bloodstream and chakra system by corrupting the white blood cells and Chakra network, thus giving them access to the Kubikajiri abilities. The chakra, which would be injected via oral transmission (preferred method of transmission: Biting), would give the user some sort of control over the target forcing them to fall under the “Thrall” effect. Those under the influence of the “Thrall” effect are forced to obey the Jutsu’s originator's will, no matter the distance between the user and inflicted; if one tries to resist once inflicted, they will find it almost impossible to do so. However this doesn’t make them mindless ghouls, rather utterly obedient to their sanguine master, still able to go about their lives normally so long as their controller wills it. In order to diffuse this technique one must simply remove the white blood cells and chakra from the individual no need for DNA from the master, the blood cells would be easy to spot as they are coated in a dark purple aura the only problem is that one must be restrained in order to be cured. Those with dojutsu that's capable of seeing chakra could easily tell there is something wrong once the chakra flows.

Despite having the ability to survive a large amount of blood loss, whatever damage is done remains without any proper healing depleting Shai's chakra as he loses blood.
Chakra/Life Force Absorption and Memory collection - Kubikajiri are capable of gathering memories of others through their chakra by absorbing it. They are capable of absorbing all forms of chakra, aside from senjutsu unless they are affiliated with said type of senjutsu chakra. This however does give them any sort of power boost as the chakra doesn’t last as it's used to pass on the memories of others. However the user of the chakra absorption/memory technique can be replaced to use the absorbed chakra as their own for a temporary time, but that has a cost. The chakra used to fuel the memory collection would be sacrificed for said ninjutsu or for whatever.
Summoning[]
Vados and Umbra: Vados and Umbra are a pair of two intelligent birds that can communicate with humans through telepathic connection with those they deem worthy. This telepathic connection also acts as a vocal translator allowing both humans and animals to understand each other. Vados is a beautiful dove with pure black eyes and Umbra is a Raven with a scar on its right eye. Whenever Vados and Umbra work together to defend their chosen one they are capable of using natural wind to cause a raging twister that can either defend the chosen offensively or defensively. This twister is even capable of engulfing projectile attacks and redirecting them back towards an opponent with added power; however the opponents attack must have equal to or greater kinetic force in order for their technique to work. The name of this said technique is called Ribāsukurasshu (リバースクラッシュ "Reverse crash").

Nokoribi no chēn (残り火のチェーン"Ember chains" ) This is a unique ninja tool that works in conjunction with the pyrokinetic abilities of Kami Uchiha. A coil chain that has each link engraved with a pair of seals. The primary seal allows the molecular bonds of the chain to properly handle the scorching flames, without the bonds of the chain melting. This allows the user's mastery over flames to be on full display as those who come into contact with this weapon. Burning all those who are enemies to be burned with an intense searing flame, that will leave nothing but ashes and charred remains behind. Though the metallic construct will be aware of their foes as well as their allies, at first giving a fright but would soon replace it with a warm gentle heat. As if one had received a warming embrace from a loved one. The secondary seal grants the user the capability to paralysis all who find themselves tangled within their metallic embraces. Like a serpent constricting their meal, halting any attempts at movement. While also sending their opposition's chakra network into disarray and disturbing their flow of chakra. Leaving the victims helpless and powerless. Once both layers of the seals are activated and used in a perfect sequence, their helpless victims are burned until they are nothing but a pile of ash. This unique ability is known as the Huo Suo (火鎖"Fire Lock"). Unfortunately, Nokoribi no Chen suffers the same weakness that all flames have, a weakness to Water Release or any other liquids. Despite the capabilities of this weapon, the flames were produced from chakra.
Kami's Kusanagi Kami’s Kusanagi is made with metal capable of enduring chakra enhancement and user's chakra element transformations, however like the original Kusanagi blade allows the user to freely use Wind Release when they resonate their chakra with it, for those who do not have an affinity for wind release will find it more difficult draw out the sword true potential. However the difference between Kami’s Kusangai and the original, Kami’s Kusangai can absorb and turn the energy of an opponent's own chakra-based attacks against them using Wind Release; this defense method is also known as the Uchiha Reflection Technique but Shia alters it to fit as a Kenjutsu techniques.
Summoning Card Deck A deck of cards which Kami Uchiha uses to summon and store ninja tools. Kami is capable of summoning a barrage of shuriken by forming the tigers seal to trigger the release command, the young Uchiha can control the speed and kinetic force of the release action allowing him to summon the ninja tools sealed inside as a projectile attack so long as applies the right amount of chakra necessary.
