Power Level (電位レベル, "Denireberu", Viz: "Full Strength") is a character's base strength with all of their attributes added up and calculated to determine their current maximum power.
This system is designed to give scope and power capabilities to characters dependent upon their base attributes and abilities. It works simply by adding together points from different sections of the Character Datasheet and coming to a final number.
This system is generally reserved for Moderators to calculate on behalf of role players. Feel free to do it yourself, however.
How to Calculate Power Levels[]
1. Find the Jutsu Mastery total by adding up the Jutsu Mastery amounts.
(Example: 100 in Ninjutsu and 40 in Taijutsu = 140).
2. Locate your Jutsu Mastery total on the list below.

So if I had 140 in total for Jutsu Mastery I would select the number closest to 140 on the list above ^. That would be (2).
3. Find the Base Attribute total by adding up all of the Base Attribute points, obviously leaving out Potential Level and Maximum Potential.
(Example: Character base attributes total = 26.).
4. Take the number you obtained in Step 2 above ^ and add it to the number you got in Step 3.
(Example: 2 + 26 = 28).
This means that you have a Power Level score of 28. Refer to what this means down below.
