Ukiyo, Asahi (浮世-絵, 旭冴 meaning; Bright Floating World) is a prophetic shinobi whose katana has been bound to it's sheath to atone for the countless lives she took as a former black ops member and general during the era of war. Raised off the frost coast, he'd be known by many names, one being the "Godfather" as his way of getting information from his adversaries are said to be gruesome- he's also generally and commonly known as "Omoikane" (思兼 meaning; "The Considerate One"), Ruler of the Frost District. In contrast to the land of Iron's reputation, The Frost district is no haven for vagabond or ronin who practice ninshu. All who defect, the Frost District presents a different concept when it comes to the term "Bushi," or warrior as the two do not serve the same religious sect.
From deep within the cold was a child whose upbringing was marred by scorn due to his traditional ninshu practices, which clashed with the warrior sect's ideologies. As a result, his attire and way of life sharply deviate from those of typical samurai which he sway more so too. Training most of his teenage years in the mountains he'd study samurai though his attire was deemed to be most suitable as a shinobi. Normally Clad in a weighty Hakama, breathable Shitagi, and sturdy Tabi that conceal his form, he usually dons a mask within his village, concealing the tempestuous emotions that brew beneath to better distinguish his lineage as an warrior.
When home amidst the villagers he's seen baring adorn jewels and expensive fabrics that suited not only his style but was useable in battle aswell. When living in the Stone District he'd work as an professor for the Tsuchikage as an Kage assistant, Black Op, And more, which built him through intern to be one of the most distinguished and profitable kage their are.
The Gold District was where she'd do most of his exchanges for currency during his embarkments to and from the Stone District. Evidently he was born on a remote island far east of the nations on an small island, his fate casted his solitary boat upon the shores off the Iron District where he learned most of his understandings of the samurai. Evidence suggests he was transported there, perhaps to reclaim the frost district's heritage for the shogun order being that the crest of his mask symbolize the same order. Becoming an teenager he'd leave where he'd meet A stalwart figure from the Earth District, Itami Yamazaki a superior shinobi, boasting exceptional prowess and talents that suit his skillset as one of the five most powerful ninja of it's sect, not to mention his formidable Explosive Release. Long before the nations became districts both Itami Yamazaki and he were students of the once renowned Arashi Ryutenshi, Leader of the Ryutenshi Clan who had connections from both the gold and frost districts. However, he defected due to the path his teacher guided him, as his practices would often have him and Itami fight one another to extreme lengths, turning them into mortal enemies at some point and time.
Eventually the two were able to settle their differences one adopted the shinobi sect while the other set out to create his own using the knowledge he'd obtain from his travels. Thus far he'd obtain understandings of the body having trained vigorously in the land of iron he'd want to surpass their art of ninshu which was why he left in respect to the current leader.
Following the shattering of his allegiance, he languished for three years in mourning for his family, comrades, and home when it was destroyed by the late lineage of the Ryutenshi Clan. Who were eventually branded Rogue Samurai once Jun became Yukikage.

Asahi had always been an inscrutable individual. Unlike the vast majority of her clan, she was not solely concerned with the interests of the Ukiyo but instead her interest lied in people as a whole. This remarkably open-minded and tolerant attitude was made possible by her peace-loving nature, as well as his respect for the land. Asahi is a very dutiful and selfless individual, caring only for both her clan and her duties under the hokage, protecting him and her squadron's well-being; having never succumbed to her clan's inherited Curse of Ryujima. Due to her quick wits and ability to keep a clear head during battle, she would rarely be deceived or caught off guard, only showing surprise when opponents proved more powerful than expected, and even then not losing her composure. She also possessed a remarkable foresight; even from a young age, Asahi was noted to be wise beyond his years and incredibly mature, spending much of his time researching the history of the villages, clans, and lands from the writings their ancestors left behind. From this, by the age of seven, her understanding of the world was said to be on par with that of a Chunin. During his time at the Academy, Asahi was shown to be extremely reckless, as he trained privately in the basement of the Academy using methods that were deadly for even the most skilled shinobi, such as taking on high rank challenges. As she grew older, Asahi came to be a mild-mannered, courteous, yet a fairly reserved young woman. According to her peers, her behavior is a bit eccentric, as she had a habit of distancing himself from those around her.

The term "Chakra" signifies the "Wheel of Energy" referencing the accumulation points of energy situated along the spinal cord. In Ryuujima, this concept expands into a broader chakra network. These specific chakras, often referred to as divine chakras, possess much greater resilience compared to the standard nodes in the chakra network. Even if a Hyuuga were to block the general chakra network of a Ryujima, they would still be able to access these chakras to induce different physical effects. For a Hyuuga to completely shut down these chakras, they would need to deliver multiple attacks. Consequently, the individual would lose the ability to emit their chakra, yet some forms of bodily control would remain accessible. Furthermore chakra is created when two more primal energies, known collectively as one's "stamina" (スタミナ, sutamina), are moulded together. Physical energy (身体エネルギー, shintai enerugī) is collected from each of the body's cells and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise. Spiritual energy (精神エネルギー, seishin enerugī, English TV: Mental Energy) is derived from the mind's consciousness and can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience. These two energies becoming more powerful will in turn make the created chakra more powerful. Therefore, practising a technique repeatedly will build up experience, increasing one's spiritual energy, and thus allowing more chakra to be created. Yang Effect(s): Intimidation - Though he lacks control it is not to be confused with impairment, Junsei has a free soul and while many techniques he'd be unable to master such as ninjutsu he is able to do so much more. With mastery over his Hottō he'd easily be able to cloak or hide his massive power level, even to a degree of no one being able to track him via chakra sensory wise. When in combat his offense comes off more intentional and less intuitive severing directly through the weakest points of the body (Via from one side of the neck to the other). He is able to cut effectively and precisely which would give any enemy or foe a sense of danger. Nearly unbreakable, his Katana transformed into Endless Ocean his durabiltiy majorly comes from his willpower, brightening the blade for a finer cut the energy his spirit creates is on par with the sun.

The Root Chakra[]
The lowest chakra, "The Root" is the most dense, and so its attacks are represented by the energy of fear and self preservation. When tapping into it, the red aura that is produced is thick and heavy. It is usually used to keep enemies at bay. It empowers the user by sending them into a sort of primal rage. Whatever they face can be sent barreling in order to incapacitate it as swiftly as possible. In return, attacks are less focused overall. A ryujima will lose some sense of themselves if not mastered, yet even when it is. This ability is reflective of the lowest of ones nature. Typically, one using the root chakra do not have the control to erect their chakra from their body. At best a user can coat their hands and feet with a limited amount. In this state, the user sacrifices speed for mass, becoming more hefty and dense overall. The ground crumbles beneath their feet as they become far more heavy handed than not. There is little complexity to the root chakras Strength potential, it is physicality in its rawest most unrefined form. Ryujima have likened the attacks using this chakra as "Smash Attacks" for their overwhelming ability to send others flying.

"The Sacral Chakra" is the gateway point between the Root and the Solar plexus. Being that it represents the desire for power, the users aura begins to transition from red to orange. Beyond the fact that it shows the users growing control of their body and vessel, there are no other notable effects.

"The Solar Plexus" Chakra is the first Chakra that represents a higher proficiency in the control of ones physical body. At this level, the Dragon Arts: Flying Dragon Claw can be accessed. Allowing the user to harden and control various parts of their body The Solar plexus chakra has a robust physical presence and is considered the chakra of controlled enhancement. This is effectively the chakra that governs the ability to harden ones body, making them much more capable at withstanding attacks. It is at this level that users can generate strikes that can disrupt the internal structure of an opponent as opposed just to the outward physical damage capable before it. The Solar plexus governs the principles of desire, self control & inner strength. It is characterized by the digestive system, emotional anger and the ego. "The Heart Chakra", the seat of the soul, is the center of the chakra system. Said to be the true origin, it is governed by love and compassion. It is associated with the circulatory system and represents the awareness of the individualized soul. When in use, the users chakra flashes green. This green aura is especially powerful. Certain attacks can be empowered by the users Life-force. The users chakra becomes like a malleable force, like the cracking of a whip they can manipulate their very essence with ease. Techniques using the heart chakra do not give off hostile intent and are much more capable of causing internal damage. The heart chakra can also be used to heal minor wound of the user. The user becomes incredibly light on their feet, able to jump higher and dash faster than the chakras before it. It is extremely freeing to access this chakra.

To the Average Ryujima, "TheThroat Chakra" represents the final level of physical mastery. Considered the highest degree a normal Ryujima can reach, the throat chakra governs creativity, Individual needs and will. It is associated with higher intelligence and communication. It is associated with the respiratory system and governed by the breath. It is the completion of ones will and is represented by users who can draw not only from their will, but also their life force. It is the highest level of communication and expression amongst the carnal ability of a being. The throat chakra offers the most efficient use and malleability. It represents the users mastered expression of their own self and their own ability. This chakra causes the most physical and internal damage to others, similar to how hearing the truth can cause physical and internal pain. He is also capable of outmaneuvering many opponents via aerial combat. A further testament to his skill as a master swordsman is that he is able to slice many large hollows with just a single strike, and can pierce or fracture someone’s throat with his sheath alone, along with sending an opponent flying with just his striking them with his sheath. . He is also capable of countering most low level jutsu with his blade; slicing through low level ninjutsu techniques. Normally fighting with his katana when clearing enemy shinobi from the land of iron he is also known for his rigorous training to better his strength, balance, and speed; surely capable of pulling off the said feats, however, when facing stronger opponents or higher numbers he will use two hands for a stronger attack exerting nearly ten fold the strength speed and control he’d have using one arm.

They moved far south to the Dense Dark Continent, A continental landmass with strange endemic species and various extreme micro-climates. It is filled to the brim with monstrous beasts, including the Wyvern Pathways that lead to realms of unique creatures. The inhabitants of this landmass utilize their unique physiology to combat these beasts. This lifestyle shows us that most of the tribe are not shinobi but hunters. The few who do remain in the shinobi continent, maintain close ties with their homeland, becoming not shinobi but Senshinin (戦士忍, "Warrior Ninja").
Brief History: Long ago, a collection of small clans lived in relative proximity to one another. This as most human legends go created vast conflict, but also love. They were littered across the Lightning country and northern continents. Over a millennia, the different clans would come to connect and live amongst one another.
Each clan shares a single common trait, their natural ability to draw upon Nature energy from the environment directly. This energy regulates through a special internal network of nodes within the body. For centuries, this ability was more of a curse, keeping the different clans small as many of their children when born would succumb to their berserk rages. The energy burns at their flesh eventually reducing them to smoldering statues of stone. It wasn't until Asamu Taiyou, intrigued by the clans abilities, introduced his chi based teachings (along with his subordinates) allowing the clan a chance to thrive generations later.

Each clan has a matriarch, someone who manages the needs and wants of each family specifically, and they all convene often to discuss and handle issues each specific clan will inevitably have. It is generally up to the "Ryutenshi Clan" itself to disrupt and mediate issues between sister families in the tribe aiding in a swift and fair resolution.
As a Rite of passage, Young Ryutenshi must enter the New Soul Tournament, a massive series of battles that begins with a large battle Royal. As the numbers dwindle individual brackets are formulated until only one victor is left remaining. Although winning is highly favored and sought after, it is not a requirement to pass this test. This is a test of resolve and overall ability. There are some who pass on their first try, and others who spend their whole lives attempting. The tournament is held twice a year, at the beginning of winter and the beginning of summer.
Those that prove themselves worthy are thrust into the Harsh environment of the Dense Darkness Continent for 6 months to conquer themselves. It is rare that any die during this small expedition, though it is not unheard of. They learn much of the land, as well as improve their skills in order to become more of an asset to the Tribe as a whole. There are guides who seek out any of fall unconscious out in the wilds to reduce the number of people who die. Those who return do so as changed men and woman able to do as they please with their own lives.
It is forbidden to kill any member of the clan unless there is a formal bout where such conditions are to be allowed in which may result in such by way of accident. When punished by the clan, severe enough crimes can persist through entire generations of one lineage until it is paid off. This is known as a "Blood Debt". However, this process means that saving the life of your own in the field or aiding in protecting one another come at little to no cost. This is not a capitalistic group, they do not believe in trampling over their own to get ahead, opting to maintain a strict but close-knit family system that has lasted for generations. Without this structure, the Tribe cannot survive.
Abilities / Kekkei Gekkai[]
The Ryutenshi are a group that although similar across different bloodlines have many unique adaptations and variations. All of their bodies in some way shape or form is compatible with Nature energy, however no one clan functions exactly the same. No one clan within the tribe believes exactly the same thing. And on a much more micro-level, no such Ryutenshi behaves or has the exact same ability or level of ability.
Ninjutsu is a rarity for the Tribe itself. Being so far away from the continent, many do not learn to use the Shinobi arts. Instead, most Ryutenshi becomes die-hard martial artists or hunters. The most common ability for the Ryutenshi Tribe is their unique ability to access Nature energy without being a sage. Though they all share the ability to activate the technique Total Power, This is only a catalyst for each family to train their youth to access their own unique Family transformations. Many have died in the attempt to develop such a technique. As it stands, it can be a amplify abilities by 3% at its lowest, and 20% at its highest. Unfortunately, it exhausts quickly, and if overextended can cause the semblance nodes to burn out, killing the user abruptly.
Because of its similarities to sage mode, and being a lower level sage transformation, it allows the users to match the strength of those high above them for a small period of time. Once exhausted, it is hard for the individual to stand unless they have mastered this technique and developed a body resilient enough to withstand the strain.

Serpentine Spinal Cord: Leaving the Earth District wasn't easy as during the war alot of chaos was going on in other parts of the world that didn't come to surface such as the hidden technology ryujima experiment. Upon leaving the Earth District Junsei had crossed the bridge into the Technology District to where he was trafficked into enlistement for being one of the many children who were going to be used for the previous Tsuchikage's Black Ops.
The Initial Five Chakras - Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, and Throat – are closely related to physical functions within the body. Users drawing from these chakras typically undergo rapid and dramatic physical arousal corresponding to the chakra being utilized. The Root chakra is typically associated with a red aura, the Sacral with orange, the Solar Plexus with yellow, the Heart with green, and the Throat with blue. Only by surpassing and transcending the Throat chakra do these abilities extend into a more metaphysical realm of potential.
The Third Eye and Crown chakras symbolize the elevated spiritual facets of a being, delving into more mental and spiritual dimensions. This level remains elusive to most Ryujima. Special cases do exist, such as those who concentrate on fully developing the Third Eye. However, in doing so, one somewhat forfeits the potential of the lower chakras. Junsei has obtained the crown chakra which enables him to sense good and bad energies such as Naruto's Yang release. After releasing chakra from one's body, the user provokes a powerful force that pushes down upon whatever is within the vicinity. The degree to which the force effects a target varies on the amount and density of the chakra released. Junsei’s mastery over wind is unmatched, through endless training in both taijutsu and kenjutsu his techniques would mainly be built in and out of his physical domain.
