The Spiral Sealing Necklace (螺旋封印の首飾り, Rasen Fūin no Kubikazari VIZ: Whirlpool Sealing Necklace ) is a special necklace; only one other like it exists. It is made from a special crystal gem by those of the Uzumaki Clan to assist those in restricting the rampaging Jinchuriki.
Usage[]
The necklace's unique ability to control both a tailed beast and its jinchūriki was achieved through a unique combination of seals and Adamantine Sealing Chains. The seal within the necklace contains Adamantine Sealing Chains, which, if worn by a Jinchuriki, can be deployed without activation, to restrict the rampaging jinchuriki. However, it is noteworthy that the chains can also be activated and controlled by those with the ability to use the necklace.
Recognizing the potential dangers of a jinchūriki calling upon an excessive amount of the tailed beast's chakra, Tentai ingeniously adjusted and incorporated an additional safeguard into the seal, activating only in response to a jinchūriki's overreach. This seal served a dual purpose by restraining the jinchūriki, preventing an unchecked surge of power, and simultaneously alerting Tentai to the unfolding situation.
Limitations[]
However, the necklace's efficacy is not without limitations, notably when faced with the Jinchuriki's entry into a version 2 transformation. During this advanced state, the necklace's influence weakens, compromising the user's control over the tailed beast. This vulnerability renders the necklace ineffective, nullifying its benefits once the Jinchuriki reaches this heightened form.
