Users allows one's chakra to expel through fists, creating greater impact.
Sturdy Fist (頑拳, Ganken, VIZ: Resolute Fist) is Tentai’s signature fighting style, drawing inspiration from Kickboxing and Sumo, and built upon the foundation of controlled chakra flow through the entire body. Unlike other taijutsu styles that rely purely on physical power or speed, Sturdy Fist uses massive bursts of chakra infused into every movement to amplify destructive force. By directing chakra into his limbs and expelling it explosively at the moment of impact, Tentai is able to greatly enhance the power behind his punches, kicks, thrusts, and grapples. Each strike carries the weight of his physical strength combined with a sudden surge of raw chakra pressure, allowing him to break through defenses and overwhelm opponents in close-quarters combat. This style establishes a dominant, aggressive battlefield presence. With each step, chakra reinforces his stance; with each motion, it fuels momentum. The style thrives on straightforward, overwhelming offense—forcing opponents onto the defensive before they can counter. The user becomes a walking battering ram, striking with conviction and leaving little room for hesitation or retreat.

Two users expel a burst of chakra at an equal level.
Sturdy Fist revolves around the concept of overpowering the opponent before they have time to react. The user throws their full weight—and chakra—into every strike, creating an unrelenting storm of attacks that grow more intense with each motion. Chakra is expelled not just for power, but to increase impact radius, blowback, and even cause concussive shockwaves in some cases. While it lacks the fluid circularity of styles like Vortex Fist, it compensates with brute efficiency and direct confrontation. The user becomes the weapon, and each strike is a statement of dominance.
Requirements and Limitations[]
Due to its high chakra consumption, Sturdy Fist is viable only for those with immense chakra reserves and fine chakra control. Each movement must be timed and reinforced perfectly—reckless use may cause the user to tire quickly or injure themselves under the pressure of their own attacks. Tentai notes that this style demands rigorous physical conditioning, not just to withstand the backlash of chakra bursts, but to maintain form and control under stress. Improper use of the technique could result in wasted chakra or unstable strikes that leave the user vulnerable.
