Tenken posses a type of chakra that is unable to be comprehended by those outside of the Tomogui Clan. For instance, should she ever choose to leak her chakra senses; The person sensing her is immediately overcome with an unfathomable wave of fear while their brain begins to depict facial imagery of their most inner deepest fear. The force of her chakra alone is strong enough to break stone and steel, even going as far as being able to cause diamonds to crack from the sheer power and force her chakra possesses. It is entirely unknown of what she is and is considered a monstrous and horrifying "entity" to everyone other than her son.

Tenken spent years studying all types of chakra, their natures, ect. With her being the embodiment of fear itself due to her status, power, and clan. Those who have devoured countless lives naturally learns to control their chakra as they grow, as they also need the mental fortitude to not become completely taken over by their cursed clan. Chakra control plays a huge part in this as well, how? The chakra of the user itself begins to become unstable and act as if it has a mind of it's own when coming intact with other sources which can take over and alter the minds to the Tomogui Clan, forcing them to be nothing more than a mindless body with the sole purpose of devouring others. Controlling this chakra with perfection is what keeps them from succumbing to such a state. This level of control over chakra is unheard of as, and for a very clear reason; Tenken utilizes her chakra as if it were an extra set of appendages or an extension of her own life. She never uses more chakra than needed, in fact she avoids using chakra as much as possible and is capable of calling upon this energy whenever she wishes with no effort whatsoever. Thanks to her level of control, she uses this to empower her jujutsu techniques and genjutsu techniques.

Tenken's depth of knowledge and skill in ninjutsu is greater than almost any other shinobi, leading to her wielding a dangerous and incredible arsenal of styles and techniques. Her proficiency with the Transformation Technique allows her to stay undetected for long periods; her fลซinjutsu skill includes the ability to use the Five Elements Seal to seal off a person's chakra; She can hide herself within surfaces to avoid damage, or use juinjutsu to temporarily paralyse targets. Tenken even has advanced prowess in clone techniques, medical ninjutsu, spaceโtime ninjutsu, and barrier ninjutsu.

Tenken has high knowledge and experience in both jujutsu and Juinjutsu, over the years of her life, she has practiced and read non-stop on both of these types of curses until she eventually developed a handful of her own, in fact, one of these curses was put on a young male as a child which altered his genetics, making him half Tomogui, however, the transition was too much for him to handle which resulted in hi death during the transition. Other curses have been placed through other various means that doesn't even involve her to be near her opponents as long as she has some form of DNA, like blood, spit, or a lock of hair.
She can also curse someone she scratches, in her regular human form the curse spreads slowly and the victim has about a week to get rid of it, however in her Onishika form, the curse is more potent and harder to deal with. This is due to their hunger for human flesh comes in rapid waves and the time limit to get rid of this version of the curse is 3 days max. There are a few ways to end this curse:

- Refrain form committing cannibalism (Willpower comes in here)
