The Twelve Trigrams Sealing Style (十二支封印術, Jūni Shifūin Jutsu; VIZ: Twelve Sign Seal) is a stronger form of the Four Symbols Seal, as well as the successor to the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style. This technique uses three of the Four Symbols Seal in tandem, strengthening and securing the overall seal.
It is implied that there is an advanced level of this technique, which incorporates four of the Four Symbols Seal.

A Four Symbols Seal is employed to bind a formidable adversary or an malevolent spirit within a designated target, be it an object or a human body. A more potent seal materializes when two Four Symbols Seals are utilized simultaneously; this advanced technique is referred to as the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style. In cases where the Four Symbols Seals fail to entirely prove sufficient, its permits the fusion of the enemy or spirit's chakra with the host into whom they have been sealed. The application of three Four Symbols Seals enhances the strength of the seal, allowing the enemy and spirit's chakra to merge with the host in a more secure manner.
The Mental Plane of those received the Twelve Trigrams Sealing Style Seal
Within the mental plane reveals a large prison where the sealed can be sealed in one of the Twelve Cubes, whose appearance varies in size. Through the entrance is a long, windy path resembling a bridge, in which all of the cubes can be seen and suspended in the air across the bridge. The cubes have two doors between the entity and outside, each equipped with a lock. If those with the Sharingan or those powerful enough to initiate a connection through a fight peer into the mental plane, all they can reach is the first area, but not the second area or even the third area, as the entryway is locked.
