An instinctive ability retraining to Isamu’s Will of Water. As the name suggests, a wall of water will surround Isamu from physical contact, shielding him from ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. Moving at speed much comparable to Amaterasu, water will form around Isamu in an instant and shield him from upcoming techniques. Since the water's strength, density, and fluidity can be manipulated to great lengths, the jutsu cannot disperse through physical means. Those who do not possess the same strength of the shield can cripple themselves when coming into contact with such strong density and fluidity. In addition to this technique, Isamu is able to control the viscosity and friction of the water creating an ultimate adhesive trap that will inhibit a person's mobility and redirect techniques. Those who rely on monstrous strengths will be caught within a viscid substance that grows in strength and bondage manipulating their opponents power to further strengthen the jutsu as they struggle to escape.
Extending his offensive capabilities, the shield of water can also be be manipulated to enhances his taijutsu. The water of the user can act as an extension of their body and extend the reach and force of their physical attacks. Punches that Isamu throws that seemed to have missed, actually hit and send the target spiraling back. Because of how malleable and dense the water is when used offensively can cause severe to fatal damage, crippling the opponent if not careful.
Wanting to help strengthen and diversify the technique, Isamu comprised the technique of Secret Technique: Mist Rain and Water Release: Water Mirror Technique. Allowing for the shield to not only siphon chakra from the opponent’s incoming attack, but as well reflect the attack back onto the caster in which will then disperse into water upon impact, thus making ninjutsu and taijutsu ineffective when challenging Isamu's might.
Isamu has shown the capability of extending the shield several meters that takes the form of a torrent of water. This secondary form of an already monstrous jutsu allows for the user to entrap multiple opponents in an ocean of water that immobilizes them while rapidly draining their power.
